Where do the photo sessions take place?

Focus Fergus is a fully mobile, on-location photography studio. We shoot directly at your home, corporate space, or at scenic landmarks throughout Centre Wellington (such as the Elora Gorge, local conservation areas, or downtown historic streets).

What happens if there is a technical error or hardware failure?

Your memories are completely protected. We utilize a strict dual-card redundant physical backup pipeline. Your imagery is written to two separate memory cards simultaneously during the shoot, and then immediately cloned to multiple physical drives upon session wrap.

How are the final images delivered to me?

Once your session processing is complete, you will receive a link to a private, password-protected online download gallery. From there, you can download your high-resolution digital assets onto any device at maximum quality.

What is the “Living Memory” package?

This is our signature hybrid media option. Instead of choosing between video and photo, we capture both during a 90-minute session. You get 25 high-res portrait stills alongside a masterfully stabilized, 60-second cinematic video loop optimized perfectly for sharing on social media.

Do I need to book event coverage for a minimum amount of time?

Yes, our Event Documentation service ($85/hour) requires a 2-hour minimum booking deployment to ensure proper setup, travel, and comprehensive coverage of your function.
